Plant a Beurre D'Anjou to enjoy an annual bounty of fruit with a soft, buttery texture. Green skin ripens to golden yellow, slightly earlier than D'Anjou. Hardy, vigorous tree is perfect for home orchard or landscape. Well suited to large patio tubs if space is at a premium. For best fruit production, plant a Bartlett or other pear nearby.
