Description A dense mound of intense, colorfast, powder blue foliage that provides waterwise, heat and humidity tolerant texture. Buff-colored plumes create eye-catching contrast in late summer. Great to accent a rock garden, or for use en masse to edge a border or create a groundcover. Semi-evergreen.
