Denudata Clumping Bamboo

Fargesia denudata

Gracefully arching canes and stout branchlets with smaller leaves give this non-spreading clumper a delicate look for a container or screen. Sometimes called the Naked Clumping Bamboo. Tolerates not only the frozen winters but heat and humidity, a bit more sun than the others but too much harsh afternoon sun is ill-advised. Foliage is rich, glossy green. Clumping.
