Description A stunning hybrid selection, larger than the common species with a more open, airy look and showier, deeper red flowers. This easy-care perennial blooms continuously from spring to fall with occasional pruning of spent flowers. Perfect for tall borders or large containers. Semi-evergreen.

HISTORY
Lore St. Elmo's Fire has tiny, broadleaf foliage when it emerges, but the older foliage is more characteristically 'Russelia-like' with cascading rush-like stems minus the presence of the broadleaf foliage.
