Description Stunning from the moment the buds burst open, with big, dome-shaped clusters of ruffled, three-inch flowers that open red, turn pink, then fade to a watercolor-clear tone with darker edges. Textured dark green foliage creates a compact, mounded form. A perfect garden accent or low hedge. Adapts to warm climates. Evergreen.
