Description A dense and spreading compact shrub with handsome dark green, glossy foliage. This hardy mid-season bloomer heralds spring with deep red-violet buds. Big clusters of light purple flowers with lighter centers and vivid orange-yellow spots on the lobes nearly cover the plant with gorgeous dome-shaped trusses. Ideal for smaller gardens in containers, shrub borders and informal hedges.
