Makes a super filler for herb gardens, contributing aromatic foliage and cut flowers. Add to rock gardens, dry banks and slopes. Naturalizes well in the wild garden with western shrubs and grasses. A natural in the Mediterranean garden and in well drained terra cotta pots. Do not let the plants go to seed.|

Follow a regular watering schedule during the first growing season to establish a deep, extensive root system. For a neat appearance, remove old foliage before new leaves emerge. Divide clumps every 2 to 3 years in early spring.
