Description A cold-hardy, large flowering, compact vine. Masses of lightly ruffled, wisteria-blue blooms appear on new growth, continuously blooming throughout the warm season beginning in late spring to early summer depending on climate. Excellent for summer patio containers or small garden beds. Deciduous.
