Description A brilliant yellow, finely textured grass that forms neat, arching clumps. In summer, the foliage transitions to a soft chartreuse as flower stalks emerge, topped with airy, remarkably fragrant, light brown panicles. Attractive accent, or easy-care groundcover, if planted en masse. Long-lived and trouble free. Rarely self-seeds. A selection of a North American native plant.
