Monrovia.com Loyalty Rewards Points are currently only available in the U.S. By signing up and participating in the Program you agree to be bound by these Policies and the Terms and Conditions of Yotpo – Loyalty & Rewards. These terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Monrovia or its affiliates and are meant to work together with and make up a part of the Monrovia.com Terms of Use.

Monrovia may, in its sole discretion, modify the Loyalty Program Terms at any time. Any updated version will become effective when posted. By continuing to participate in the Program after the Loyalty Program Terms have changed, you are agreeing to the revised Terms. If any of the Terms are deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, only that unenforceable clause will be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of remaining Terms. 

 

1. ELIGIBILITY; REGISTRATION

The Program is intended for individuals, eighteen (18) years of age or older that purchase from our online store. There is no fee to sign up for the Program, but purchases are one way to earn points.

Monrovia reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership in our loyalty program if we detect any violation of our policies, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or any actions deemed harmful to the program or our brand. We will take appropriate action, including banning individuals from participating in the program, to safeguard its integrity and ensure fairness for all members.

When completing a purchase in Monrovia.com Loyalty Program, via our third-party provider software, Yotpo, you will have the option to enroll and participate in the Program. You may be asked to provide your first and last name, phone number, and email address. In addition, if you’d like to receive a birthday reward, you may also choose to provide your birthday month and day. Please note, if you choose to not provide a birthday as part of registration, you will not be eligible for a birthday offer.

 

2. EARNING POINTS

You will earn one (1) point for every dollar ($1.00) spent, excluding tax and tips. Additional points may be available during special promotion periods or offerings.

You will earn 25 points on your birthday (please refer to numeral 1 for more information), 10 points for leaving a review of a plant or your ShopMonrovia experience, and 50 points for making 3 purchases in a given year. You will earn 25 points for joining the program.

 

3.1 REDEEMING POINTS AND REWARDS

Earned points can be redeemed only at Monrovia.com online for store credit or a discount on future purchases. Currently, 100 points equal to 10 dollar when redeeming. All points expire after 12 months.

Birthday rewards will be communicated to you prior to your birthday (as listed at registration) and the amount of points can be redeemed on your birthday or while the points are valid. Points and rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.

3.2 REFERRALS

You will earn 250 points for every successful referral. The referral must have an active profile on our website and must have made a purchase with the referral code. Our system will honor this automatically to the referring customer profile.

The person referred will get a 25 dollar discount code for their first purchase of 100 dollars or more.

 

4. TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM

Monrovia.com reserves the right to change, modify, discontinue, or cancel the Program at any time in its discretion.

 

5. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

By participating in the Program, you agree to receiving marketing communications from Monrovia.com about our Loyalty Program, point expiration dates and available promotional offerings.

 

6. PRIVACY

Your information will be treated according to Monrovia.com’s Privacy Policy.

 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Monrovia.com makes no warranties, express or implied, concerning rewards points, including, without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability. In the event rewards points code is non-functional, your sole remedy and our sole liability shall be the replacement of such rewards points.

 

8. DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to the Program, and the participation therein, will be resolved in accordance with Monrovia.com’s terms of use. Please refer to them for more details.

 

9. THIRD PARTY PROVIDER.

Monrovia.com utilizes a third-party platform, Yotpo, to keep track of points and manage the Program. Additional Yotpo terms and conditions may apply based on your use of their services, see their terms for additional information, available at https://community.yotpo.com/site/terms
