Description A vigorous grower with dramatic new foliage that emerges copper-red, then matures to dark green on striking red stems. A wonderful addition to tropical gardens, or use as a showy container plant on patios and indoors. Best sited in dappled shade in outdoor locations, or bright, natural light indoors. A frost-tender evergreen.

Water deeply, regularly during first growing season to establish an extensive root system; once established, water as needed to maintain evenly moist soil. Apply a slow-release fertilizer as new growth begins in spring.
