We offer three medical insurance plan options all utilizing the Anthem BlueCross network: a PPO, and two high deductible health plans which differ based on calendar-year deductible. Participation in a high deductible health plan makes the craftsman eligible to open a health savings account (HSA) and receive a company contribution.
We offer a PPO plan through Guardian so that craftsmen and their family members can receive the care needed to maintain good dental health.
Through Teladoc, our craftsmen and their family members can access a U.S. board-certified doctor 24/7/365 through the convenience of phone or video consults.
We are pleased to provide our craftsmen with a retirement plan that includes a profit sharing allocation that is based on years of service and a Safe Harbor 401(k) plan that provides a company match of up to 4%.
