|Description||This easy-going tropical plant from South America adds a wonderful, big-impact accent to contemporary or bohemian living spaces. Green new leaves developed white variegation over time, though the plant might occasionally produce leaves that are solid green or almost solid white. Prefers bright, indirect light and potting soil with good drainage. Evergreen.|

Provide rich, well-draining soil to avoid soggy conditions. Fertilize monthly with water-soluble house plant fertilizer, using half the recommended amount. Mildly toxic to humans and animals.|
