A unique, fine-leaved, dwarf shrub with exceptional blue juvenile foliage that matures to blue-green. Regular pruning will promote the showier new foliage. A beautiful waterwise plant for use as a colorful evergreen hedge, screen or low windbreak. Excellent foliage for cut flower arrangements.
