Muhlenbergia capillaris is native to the Southern U.S and found in pine flatlands, coastal uplands and sandy prairies along the Gulf States. Regal Mist is a selection of Gulf Coast Muhly made by Ron Gass of Mountain States Wholesale Nursery in Arizona.
