Description A tightly mounding variety with an extended bloom season, from early spring through summer in Northern areas, and even into winter in the Deep South. The dark purple flowers are loved by pollinators. An excellent addition to shrub borders, or in containers. Evergreen.

Care Thrives in lean, loose, fast-draining, slightly alkaline soil with a gravel mulch. Plant with crowns slightly above soil level. Water regularly in first growing season to establish root system. Once established, reduce frequency; tolerates moderate drought. Prune after first bloom flush to promote rebloom; again in late summer for a more compact habit.
