History
This dwarf, strongly weeping conifer with bright blue coloration originated as a side sport on a Colorado blue spruce (Picea pungens 'Glauca Pendula'). It was discovered by Larry Stanley at Stanley & Sons Nursery in Oregon, and in 2008 was one of two plants chosen for the American Conifer Society Collectors Confer of the Year.
