One of a groundbreaking new series of clematis, this compact climber flowers from both leaf axils and stems, resulting in a profusion of large, rich purple blossoms along the entire vine. Lovely on fences, trellises, and in containers. Train for vertical effect or allow to naturally meander through shrub beds. Deciduous.
LIGHT: Full sun, Partial sun
WATER: Water deeply when top inch of soil is dry.
SIZE: Climbing stems reach 4 to 5 ft. tall, 3 to 5 ft. wide, with support.
