A compact, slow-growing dwarf conifer with an irregular shrub form. Over time develops a pyramidal shape. Foliage color changes through the seasons, with bright green new growths aging to very dark green in summer before turning almost black in winter. A unique specimen for year-round interest in the landscape.

WATER: Water when top 2 inches of soil is dry.
SIZE: Grows 4 to 6 inches a year; reaches 4 to 5 feet tall, 2 to 3 feet wide in 10 years.
