It was selected out of all of the seedlings in 1980 and patented and introduced in 2006, twenty-eight years after the cross was made. Golden Ruby® Barberry has been recently been recognized by the Elisabeth C. Miller Botanical Gardens, as part of The Great Plant Picks program. |
