OVERVIEW
Description Masses of continuous blooms appear in shades of ruby-red grapefruit, summer sunsets, and those fancy tropical drinks with umbrellas in them. The tidy mounds of dark, glossy foliage are small enough to plant near walkways and other tight spots. This cold hardy and disease resistant shrub requires no pruning, and reblooms without deadheading. A wonderful choice for mass plantings or adding unusual color to mixed borders.

Care Prefers moist, well-drained soil. Follow a regular watering schedule the first growing season to develop a deep, extensive root system. Requires little care other than annual pruning in spring to maintain shape. To increase blooming, apply a controlled release fertilizer in spring.
