Foliage Keeps It Interesting: Try this Colorful Combo

Foliage Keeps It Interesting: Try this Colorful Combo

It's true the warmer zones are now enjoying the first camellias as well as the last roses. However, we still count on containers to keep the garden looking fresh and intriguing as we enter November. This one's a pretty simple mix of three easy to find plants. All are hewing to a bold, bright purple-pink color theme. If you’re looking at the garden and it’s giving you the blues, consider trying a new container combo!

What is the name of the other plant you show with the Heucherea and the Dracena or is that some type of pink blade grass?

My planting zone is 8, Aiken SC. My landscaping expands over 26+ years. We are the 2nd owner, and over the past 13 years have transformed our back yard into a less formal garden with a small pond and delightful stream. Azaleas abound around the property , spring only as well as the multiple blooming azaleas throughout the year. However I have grown frustrated over the years trying to plant [perennials] in a partly/somewhat shaded backyard that is invaded by deer and rabbits.!! Even your Sweet Tea Foamy bells are not over looked by these night raiders. What would you recommend in a variety of ornamental grasses or low shrubbery with interesting textures and patterns? Thank you for your help. Always look for the Monrovia pots.
